Sudan, Ukraine pen cooperative economic agreement
A cooperative agreement between Sudan and Ukraine will aim to provide for the development of economic and commercial cooperation relations and private sector relations between the two countries.

The Employers Federation and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine signed an agreement for cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, science and technology.
The agreement, which was signed on Wednesday, provided for the development of economic and commercial cooperation relations and private sector relations in the two countries.
The head of the Federation of Employers Hashem Hassan Matar signed on behalf of the Sudanese side, and on the Ukrainian side, the head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Gennady Chizikov signed.
An ambassadorial meeting was held at the headquarters of the Federation of Employers in Khartoum, in the presence of the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Sudan, Musa Mohamed Saeed, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine Zaryana Lytvyn.
The two sides agreed to holding meetings and joint meetings between representatives of the Federation in Sudan and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
This is to facilitate the establishment of joint investment projects and the exchange of ideas and visions for cooperation to assist companies, financial institutions, investors and business sectors in both countries.
Both sides also stressed the need to exchange information on economic policies and procedures, commercial and investment laws, and investment opportunities available in both countries, and to inform the business sectors and investors in both countries about them.
The agreement also provided for the exchange of visits by economic and commercial delegations, and encouragement to businessmen and companies to participate in exhibitions and seminars.
