Committee proposes unscheduled demonstrations’ boycott
The Umbadat Al-Sabil Neighborhoods Association called for an end to all unscheduled processions, pointing to the need to work on arranging announced neighborhood processions in which everyone participates, increasing the scope of the revolution and reducing losses.

The Umbadat al-Sabil gathering’s announcement comes in the wake of the killing of a demonstrator in Omdurman, west of the capital, Khartoum, on Tuesday, in an “impromptu” unscheduled protest.
The assembly said in a statement on Wednesday “we must take a real stand, so we announce that we – in the Ambadeh Al-Sabil neighborhoods gathering – will not announce any escalation as a result of the killing of the martyr Muhammad Kamal . Mistakes that kill more young people must stop immediately.”
“We will move in another direction by working on putting forward an initiative to bring together the views of the resistance committees’ coordinators in Khartoum regarding the unification of charters. The only way to bring down the coup lies in reaching a unified charter between the committees and then put it forward as a nucleus for the unity of all the forces of the revolution in order to bring down the coup,” it added.
The Umbadat neighborhoods association also called on the coordination of the Khartoum State Resistance Committees to work “to reject divisions and conduct a real discussion about the real interest that unites us all (overthrowing the coup and building a state of law), not on preconceived positions and assumptions that will not lead to a solution.”
The Umbad Al-Sabil Neighborhoods Assembly stressed that “the blood of the revolutionaries” was “more precious than the democratic transformation itself.”
