Khartoum, Altaghyeer: Sara Taj Alsir

Two doctors hurried to save Salih, injecting him with a sugar-salt solution. Then he was rushed to hospital.
One of the doctors told Altaghyeer that he had collapsed because he was hungry.
The defendant Swar Aldahab Abu Alzaaim revealed that he was “subjected to torture and kept naked for two days” describing two of the detectives, Badreldeen and Babiker, as the worst persons on earth.
Abu Alzaaim denied any link to the incident explaining that he is tear gas allergic therefore he went to Aljoada hospital where he helped in introducing first aid for the injured protesters.
He further revealed that colonel Hamid Shumaina gave him two days to agree to be a king’s witness threatening him to be accused of intentional murder if he rejected the offer.
Defendant Musaab Sajo said an armed force of the Armored Corp arrested him while he was on his way to the mosque for the dawn prayer.
He confirmed that on the day of the crime he went with his brother to apply for a passport and returned home without participating in the protests.
Husam Alsayad said he had participated in the procession but it had been dispersed therefore he went to Aljoada hospital and stayed there until 4 pm.
He said he can’t carry the heavy stick displayed as a crime evidence because he has sustained a broken arm in one of the protests.
Michael and Gasim Habib said they didn’t take part in that day protests.
Khalid Mamoun said he had never left his shop on the day of the procession. He said he was detained for 7 days that equal, in his eye, 7 years because he had been subjected to beating during this time and questioning about his relation with the protest groups.
The next session will take place Monday.
