Saudi grant for 65,000 families in a Sudan’s State
A wheat flour granted by the Saudi Arabia Kingdom will be distributed among families in localities most affected by the war in North Kordufan State, Centeral western Sudan.

Humanitarian Aid Commissioner (HAC) in North Kordufan State, Tariq Amin Abul Bashar, has revealed that 48,000 wheat flour sacks were allotted for the State out of 96,435 sacks provided by the Saudi King Salman Centre for Relief and Humanitarian Affairs.
Abul Bashar told the Sudan News Agency the grant will be distributed among 65,000 families affected by the conflict.
He indicated that the localities most affected by the war in the State are Shaikan (19,000), Omrouaba (17,000), al-Rahad (9,255), Omdum (6,800) followed by other four localities.
The commissioner said the figures estimates date back to August but by November the number of the affected families has reached 95,000 families.
North Kordofan is the third most affected area by the ongoing war between the Sudanese army and Rapid Support Forces preceded by the capital Khartoum and Darfur region.
