Sudanese army destroys RSF’s unit in ambush
The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) has succeeded in conducting an ambush for a Rapid Suppo Forces’ unit, coming toward al-Gezira from a village in al-Fao area in east Sudan, and destroyed the whole unit.

Military sources told Altaghyeer that a Sudanese Armed Forces’ mobile unit in al-Gezira State has succeeded in destroying a whole Rapid Support Forces’ unit in an ambush.
The RSF unit was sneaking to the villages in southern Gezira state from village 40 in al-Fao area in east Sudan, the sources said.
Since siezing al-Gezira state four months ago, the RSF continues in committing horrible violations in tens of its villages.
Resistance Committees in Tumbool city of al-Gezira state said on Sunday that the paramilitary imposed 20,000 Sudanese pounds as water and electrecity fees, 50,000 pounds as crossing licence addition to levies on all sorts of crops.
The state witnesses continuous clashes between the SAF and RSF after the former announced that it prepared to launch an offensive from many directions to retake the state’s capital, Wad Madani.
