Massive air raids were carried out by the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) targeting the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) positions in al-Mogran (the Niles confluence) and Tuti Island in Khartoum State, eyewitnesses said.
The explosions created panic among civilian residents.
Informed sources revealed that the SAF also launched intensive drone strikes on RSF positions in southern and eastern part of Khartoum sending columns of smokes in many neighbourhoods including al-Sahafa, Jabra and al-Gaba Street.
The RSF responded by launching heavy artillery shells on SAF positions in Omdurman city.
